Normand St-Vincent is a fluently bilingual Human Resources and development professional with extensive experience in Coaching and Performance management, including a strong expertise in Leadership Development, Training and Course development. He has gained his expertise in the consumer goods, publishing, recruitment consult, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. Normand currently teaches in the Engineering Masters program at the University of Sherbrooke in Teamwork and Career Development and Cultural Diversity. He is recognized in the industry for the expertise in Leadership Training and Development and for his Facilitation skills in Change and Process Development. He offers versatility in course delivery and flexibility through his ability to customize training programs to meet specific client needs.

With university studies in Business Administration, Mr Robidoux has acquired professional experience with multinational firms in Office Equipment, Information Systems, Finance and Transport in Sales and Management positions. During the last 10 years, Pierre acquired expertise in Organizational Development and has facilitated various training programs such as Strategic Selling, Sales Management, Effective Communications, Quality Management, Problem Solving Techniques, Reengineering of Business Processes as well as Management recruiting and Outplacement.

Facilitator/Trainer with over 12 years experience in the field of Adult Education, five of which have been spent in the international arena as an organizational consultant and facilitator, Karen Diaz has proven herself to be an expert trainer. Her skills in the design, development and delivery of training are top-notch. She is a considerate and patient facilitator who knows how to listen carefully and guide participants to their learning objectives. Karen is currently working towards her Ph D in Culture and Values from McGill University, having already obtained her Masters in Education Administration from the same University. Subject matter relating to Change Management, Management Development, Diversity Management, Employment Equity, Building Team Culture, Leadership Development and Customer Service has been a particular focus of Karen's work. Karen is presently a lecturer at the McGill Department of Career and Management Studies, where she teaches a course on "Transcultural Leadership".
